Delivery is FREE within the UK on all orders!
Dispatch Times:
I aim to have all standard, non-personalised items packaged up and ready to dispatch within 1-2 working days of receiving your order.
Personalised items will be ready for dispatch within 1-3 working days of receiving your order.
All items are sent using Royal Mail's First Class mail service which has a 1-2 day estimated delivery time (this doesn't include weekends, bank holidays, or the first (posting) day. Please keep this in mind when working to deadlines.)
Shipping - International
Unfortunately at this time I'm unable to offer delivery to international addresses via this website. However, I can ship to virtually any address in the world via my Etsy store! Please visit my Etsy store to place international orders: Little Silverleaf Etsy Store
Returns
Of course I hope you are always 100% satisfied with everything you receive from Little Silverleaf, however if for any reason you are unhappy with any aspect of your order, then please do get in touch and I will do my best to resolve the problem.
Standard, non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Items should be well-packaged and returned in their original condition. (If the return is a result of an error on my part (i.e., you received an incorrect or defective item), I will also pay the return shipping costs.)
Personalised items are non-refundable (unless there's been a mistake on my part of course) so make sure you have communicated the correct details / names / spellings / dates to me when you make your purchase.
For all orders, please make sure you have read the item descriptions and know exactly what you are purchasing before you commit to buy. Returns will only be processed following contact with me via email, and once authorisation is obtained.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive it far quicker. (This time period includes the transit time for me to receive your return (up to 10 business days), the time it takes me to process your return once I receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days)).
