Shipping - UK

Delivery is FREE on all orders within the UK, with the exception of Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, due to the high costs and complexities arising from the new GPSR regulations, we are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and hope that this situation will change in the future.

Dispatch Times:

We aim to have all standard, non-personalised items packaged up and ready to dispatch within 1-2 working days of receiving your order.

Personalised items will be ready for dispatch within 1-3 working days of receiving your order.

All items are sent using Royal Mail with a 2-3 day estimated delivery time (this doesn't include weekends, bank holidays, or the first (posting) day. Please keep this in mind when working to deadlines.)

Shipping - International

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide delivery to international addresses directly through this website. However, we are pleased to offer shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and all non-EU destinations via our Etsy store. Etsy enables us to efficiently manage the necessary shipping fees and local taxes that we are unable to process on our own platform.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers and hope to resume international shipping from this website in the future.
